5 weeks and counting ...

Some quiet playtime with Mr. Cat..

Finally, we enjoy a walk in the park...some fresh air.

It's been quite a busy 4 weeks for us, as you can tell from the gap between this post and the last.
Kay is now 5 weeks old. Well, with a feeding schedule of every 45 minutes to an hour, it's no wonder she is bulking up (read: fats) around her cheeks, arms and thighs. For me, breastfeeding is still a challenge. Imagine the hourly schedule, plus physical stress and endless diaper changes. However, the emotional bonding is indescribable. There is so much theory and philosophy revolving the subject that every single problem i have encountered so far is probably experienced by some other mother some where. At least I'm comforted to feel that i'm not alone. Anyway, I'm just going with my instincts right now and feeding on demand...i feel like a cow some times. That's the rant for today. We have compiled a full set of photos taken in the past 4 weeks here >>

Today "was" the actual due date !!

Hey guess what... today is April 5th. Kay was supposed to be due today, but I guess she is too eager to see the world. Now we know she is not the patient kind of girl. Well I know best as I deal with her loud cries for milk everyday. Anything she wants, she wants it "NOW !!". I'm usually too stressed during those times to take any photos...so all you see are the calm, quiet and cute little Kay. These pictures are taken before and after a "Tummy-time" we have in the afternoon... it's when I put her on her belly so that she can have some exercise and strengthen the muscles on her neck. Again, all looks nice and calm.

Our new home ...

Just wanted to share with everyone how happy we are to have gotten the keys to our new house. Will be moving there at the end of April. It's located in the small town of Stouffville, about 1.5 hours north of Toronto. It'll be quite a commute to work for me, but it's for the greater good and much better environment to grow up for Little Kay. If you'd like us to send you the new address, please drop us a note...not too wise to post it on the blog. ;-P
